The days pass into the night.
The darkness soon swallows us all.
In the night you see no light.
No one in the light hears your desperate call.
Darkness rushes in to embrace us.
some of you try to flee towards the fading light.
The darkness swallows up and embraces us all.
Soon, you find you are lost in the night.
You tremble in fear at what you behold.
Your screams echo through the dark.
To you, the dark seems very cold.
The rest of us feel the warmth of the dark.
Some beg and plead for the light.
Others merely cry out and scream.
Remember though, there are shadows even in the light.
There is darkness in every dream.
Do not fear the darkness and what it brings.
Do not think you are free from the night.
Embrace the night and what it brings.
